Our experience in the hotel was good. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to different places in Switerland in our 7-day trip. Bern is the best place and this hotel is the one we like most.

It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.
